Merely because the private-respondent was said to be less than 17 years of age at the time of her appointment as Anganbari Sevika, it does not mean that her subsequent selection on the post of Supervisor also becomes illegal.

The impugned order, contained in Annexure6, has only reiterated a legal position, which has already been held so, in series of decisions rendered by this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1043 of 2014 dt.10-03-2015 2/2 That is the only ground on which the impugned order is being assailed. There is no infirmity in the impugned order, dated 12.04.2013, passed by the Collector, Jamui in Case No. 6 of 2013.
