Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dehri Town (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018 for the offence under sections 400, 401, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of motorcycle. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Kallu Khan @ Firoz.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.48836 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 313 of 2018 arising out of Dehri Town (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018.
