Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 325 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies and the allegation against them of being order giver, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

No.9245 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S.
