2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that this petitioner along with co-accused assaulted son of informant, as a result of which, he sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused Dheeraj Kumar has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55301 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5981 of 2024 dated 17.02.2024. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the accusation and similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul P.S.
