The petitioner is accused in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is of making firing by this petitioner causing injury at the left side of stomach of informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is the own brother of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Moreover, an abrasion of size 7cm x 2cm red colour towards lower chest was found and in X-ray, no bony fracture was found. It is further submitted that petitioner has no

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
