VI-4019/2103 issued by District Agriculture Officer Bhabhua Kaimur Respondent no. 4 who by an expartee order without giving show cause notice to petitioner has cancelled the retailership fertilizer license of petitioner and also for giving a direction to concerning authority to restore the retailer ship fertilizer license of petitioner."

This application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the writ petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all issues of facts and law are left open.
