The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 dated 30.01.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR and his name has transpired only in the confession of co-accused. His house was raided and one motorcycle and two mobile phones were recovered. Finding that the aforesaid motorcycle and the mobile phones belonged to the petitioner, the same were released in his favour by a judicial order. In other cases in which the petitioner has been made accused, he has been granted bail.

In the present case, the petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54508 of 2018(2) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 since 16.05.2018.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018.
