2/4 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-10-2025 Re.: Cr. Misc. No. 43089 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 368 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown persons are said to have snatched the chain of the informant/ victim.

4. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused that he had purchased the chain.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2025.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a jeweller and is involved in the business of purchasing of looted articles and also the fact that the petitioner is accused in twelve more criminal cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. Re.: Cr. Misc. No. 50281 of 2025

13. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in ten more criminal cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
