2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"I. For direction to the respondent concerned to correct the Khata Number of the land of the petitioner which has been acquired for Babura- Doriganj Ganga Bridge and approach road from Khata No. 144, Khesra No. 1705, House No. 124, Mauza-Jalalpur, Thana No. 126, CircleKoilawar, District- Bhojpur. II. For direction to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.11265 of 2026(2) dt.28-07-2026 2/2 concerned that after correction of Khata Number pay compensation of the acquired land and house to the petitioner as they have paid to other co-shares of the petitioner in the said plot.

III. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the award has been prepared, categorization has wrongly been made, he be allowed to approach the Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the Arbitrator-cumDivisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna within a period of four weeks who shall be duty bound to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, at an earliest.
