JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 12-02-2018 The instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of Bettiah Town Police Station Case no. 19 of 2003 for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to Trial no. 1054 of 2014 pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, District West Champaran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the Court below the evidence is already in progress. The matter is pending in the Court below since the year 2003. It is further stated that direction may be given to the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20964 of 2015 dt.12-02-2018 2/2 for expeditious disposal of the case.
