In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 729 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 366 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the wife of the informant. Allegation has been made that she has fled away along with one Azam Ahmad. However, it appears from the record that the petitioner has voluntarily gone with said Azam Ahmad.
