This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 420/466 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the brother of Abhishekh Kumar, the original policy holder. The petitioner is the beneficiary of the Policy by producing forged death certificate of his brother Abhishekh Kumar and tried to get the policy amount. This kind of fraud is quite prevalent in the society.
