Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of POCSO Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.06.2016 on the accusation that he teased the informant's five years old daughter but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged with exaggerated story and as a matter of fact, some altercation had taken place between petitioner and informant resulting institution of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30666 of 2016 (2) dt.08-08-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016.
