Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47 (a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

Four liter country made mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from shop of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.5.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda-kishunganj District Madhepura in Alamnagar P.S. Case no. 62/2016.
