JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). The benefit of ACP may be granted after counting his length of service from his appointment on 5.2.1980 in Jal Vikash Nigam on the post of Accountant.

(ii). After giving benefit of ACP from his appointment his retirement benefits may be recalculated and according entire amount for which the petitioner may be found eligible would be

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Engineer-in-Chief, Minor Irrigation Department, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, in light of the gazette notification dated 19.2.2021, issued by the Minor Water Resource Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
