The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the complainant is a retired teacher had purchased 2 katha 5 dhurs of land in his name and 10 dhurs land in the name of his daughter Sudha Devi as both were residing together. Subsequently, the complainant was asked to vacate the land on which the complainant constructed house and when the complainant went to Circle Office he found that the Jamawandi has been opened in the name of the petitioners, who are daughters of the complainant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20216 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of partition dispute the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No.1631 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
