The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.93 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 13.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40747 of 2014.

For the reasons recorded in the aforesaid order dated 13.11.2014, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
