This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kiul P.S. Case No. 27 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2022. Considering the fact that the assailant of the deceased are named in the F.I.R. and subsequently the name of this petitioner has come in during investigation, this regular bail application is allowed.
