2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4. The petitioner and others have committed dacoity in the house of the informant. The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is accused in six more similar and serious nature of cases. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
