JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 880 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. petitioner is said to have fired on the son of the informant and also assaulted by bat of the country made pistol, causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is brother of the informant. There was some altercation between the parties. No injury was found on the person of the informant and his son.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.48387 of 2019(3) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Danapur, District Patna, in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 880 of 2018,, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
