2. This application has been filed for restoration of Civil Misc. No. 1761/2018, which stood dismissed on 24.06.2024 for non-compliance of the order dated 22.04.2024.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on the part of the petitioner,

Patna High Court MJC No.2452 of 2024(3) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 Civil Misc. No. 1761/2018 is restored to its original file subject to the condition that the order dated 22.04.2024 is fully complied within two weeks, if the same has already not been complied.
