ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2019 in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 262/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one co-accused, namely, Manish Kumar. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons have since been extended the privilege of bail vide orders dated 18.04.2019 and 17.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24960 of 2019 and 24261 of 2019 respectively. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that no recoveries were made from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52994 of 2019(3) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 possession of the petitioner and that till date no T.I. Parade has been conducted and he has also not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nawada, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
