This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bypass P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 353 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
