The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 53/2017, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 437/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Md. Irshad of causing stab injury to Md. Firdaus who died on the spot. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was also present along with other accused persons. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
