ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.3.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 27092 of 2012.

It has been submitted on behalf of the counsel for the Petitioners that inadvertently, in the cause title of the original petition, the father's name of the Petitioner No. 2 has wrongly been typed as Shri Doman Rai in place of Shri Domna Rai. Likewise, the address of Petitioners No. 2 and 3 have wrongly been typed as resident of Mohalla Teengachhiya Bhova Bavi in place of Teengachhiya Bhorabari. Similarly, same mistake occurred in the cause title of the order dated 23.3.2015, passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21439 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 Cr. Misc. 27092 of 2012.

Let father's name of Petitioners No. 2 and address of the Petitioners No. 2 and 3 in the cause title of the order dated 23.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 27092 of 2012, be read as "Shri Domna Rai" in place of "Late Shri Doman Rai, and in place of the address of the Petitioners No. 2 and 3 as "resident of Mohalla Teengachhiya Bhova Bavi", be read as "Teengachhiya Bhorabari".

The order dated 23.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 27092 of 2012 is modified to the extent indicated above. Let this order be communicated to the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in Complaint Case No. CA 1133 of 2010.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- (Two hundred fifty) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Patna City, Patna.
