The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28-05-2019. The main allegation is against Golu Kumar and Raushan Kumar. So far the petitioner is concerned, no specific allegation has been made. The petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019.
