Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but impugned order reveals that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and after that petitioner, too, confessed his guilt. Furthermore, I find that except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.
