Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No.339 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He was arrested in connection with 72 liters of liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2018.
