The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 116, 118 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, five live cartridges are said to have been recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Five live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered. The petitioner is a lady. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019.
