1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 85, 351 of the B.N.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in sum and substance the allegation against the petitioner is of establishing physical relation on false promise of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that informant was married to one Dinesh Paswan in the year 2018 and the said marriage till date is subsisting as such it cannot be alleged that petitioner on pretext of

It is fairly submitted that petitioner and the informant were in relationship but then the relationship was consensual and there was no promise of marriage as informant was married from before.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner but then is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that informant was married to Dinesh Paswan in the year 2018 and their marriage till date is subsisting legally.

6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.17/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S.
