The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.454 of 2015 registered under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that regarding the theft of the motorcycle of the informant, the present case was lodged on 29.10.2015 against unknown persons. Later on, the stolen motorcycle of the informant was seized by the A.S.I. of Magadh Medical Police Station, Gaya, from the possession of Ajay Kumar Singh alias Appu (petitioner) and the co-accused Santosh Choudhary alias Dhakaniya regarding

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27735 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 which Magadh Medical Police Station Case No.142 of 2015 was instituted under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code on 30.10.2015 and in the said case, the petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court. The petitioner, in the present case, is in custody since 10.02.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Jha, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.454 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
