2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376/379/384, 385, 504/506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and section 67A of the IT Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, specific accusation of forcibly establishing physical relation with the informant is against co-accused Aman Kumar and petitioner happens to be his elder sister. She is alleged to have provided vermilion which was put on the forehead of the victim by the said co-accused.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, POCSO Act cum Additional Sessions Judge VII, Patna in Special POCSO Case No. 118 of 2023, Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 118 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
