Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner and others is that they committed murder of father-in-law of the informant by drowning him in deep water but post mortem report of the deceased goes to show that cause of death was head injury by hard and blunt substance. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
