Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily married with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Makhdumpur Police Station Case No.61 of 2017, subject to the condition that
