This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 554 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2022. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this regular bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
