Petitioner seeks bail in Kargahar P.S. Case No.277 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 384, 504 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner made firing upon the informant, but it did not hit the informant. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 13.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55623 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No.277 of 2018 , subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
