2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 ,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55426 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/3 379, 308 , 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence all the F.I.R. accused persons including these petitioners armed with lathi, danda iron rod, khanti etc, assaulted the informant side in which they sustained various injuries and the accused persons also took away golden chain worth Rs. 40,000/- from son of the informant namely Sharan Singh .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that injuries sustained by the informant side are found simple in nature . The present case is counter blast of Narhat (Sitamarhi) 196 of 2023 in which petitioner No. 3 and others had sustained injury . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of
