The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.06.2019. He further submits that the petitioners and the informant are own brothers and on account of land dispute the occurrence took place. Referring to Annexure-2, he submits that the injury on the informant's side is simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48821 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019.
