The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

333 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from campus of school.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner bears clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
