2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Informant namely, Om Prakash Sah, Branch Manager, SBI, Pratapganj alleged that this petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, fraudulently opened Kisan Credit Card loan accounts in the name of fake beneficiaries and misappropriated huge amount of government money.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to office politics and there is no chit of paper on record to support the allegations levelled against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he along with other accused persons misappropriated more than Rs. 15 lacs of the bank.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he along with other accused persons misappropriated huge amount of money of the bank, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
