No.7245 of 2017 (Shankar Bhagwan Prasad vs. State of Bihar and Ors.).

In such view of the matter, this writ petition is also

Patna High Court CWJC No.14702 of 2017(3) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 03.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7245 of 2017. The respondent authorities will examine the case of the present petitioner as well as the case of the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No.7245 of 2017 and if it is found that the facts of both the cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioner will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioner of C.W.J.C.
