This is an application for modification of the order dated 02.09.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No.4730 of 2020 and the order dated 14.07.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No.10683 of 2021 by extending the period to surrender the applicant in the court below. For the reasons stated in the application, time to surrender the applicant in the court below is extended by four more weeks from today but by way of last chance failing which the prosecuting agency i.e. Police Officer Kotwali Police Station, Patna, shall be free to arrest the applicant in the subject crime.

The earlier orders stand modified to the aforesaid extent only.
