Vide order dated 26.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42827 of 2019 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to Covid-19 pandemic as well as wrong P.S. Case number has been typed as stated in para-5 of the petition.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 26.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42827 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61852 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Trial No.25 of 2017 arising out of Forest Case No.61 of 2008 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya and remaining parts of the said order shall remain in operation.
