Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing vehemently for some time realising his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner No. 1, Parmeshwar Ram.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner No. 1, Parmeshwar Ram.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant alleges that Parameshwar assaulted her son by pagaharia causing injury on head. It is further submitted that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioners; and petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 are women and they have been implicated only with a view to coerce Parameshwar Ram into submission.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Chakmehasi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
