The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.16 of 2016, POCSO Case No.10 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 377, 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 of POCSO Act, has prayed for grant of bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, whereas on perusal of the F.I.R., I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
