Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pratapganj P. S. Case No. 98 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with liquor and Bolero vehicle in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
