JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in custody since 26.5.2016 for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Islam Mian and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Islam Mian has been granted privilege of bail by this Court by order dated 2.5.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 18573 of 2016.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29870 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2015.
