Petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 136 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a driver of the vehicle. He is neither owner of the liquor nor he was aware of the fact that illicit liquor was kept in the Van.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54377 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with G.O. Case No. 136 of 2018.
