JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 The issue involves in the present with application is inter se seniority of the petitioner and respondent no.10. The determination of the inter se seniority requires factual enquiry which cannot be decided in the present proceeding.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer, Patna to decide the inter se seniority of the petitioner and the respondent no.10 at
Patna High Court CWJC No.15862 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter pass appropriate order of posting of senior most teacher as incharge Principal in the school in question. Necessary decision as to posting of in-charge Principal in the school in question shall be taken within a period of three month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
