2. The same is reflected along with the show-cause notice furnished during the course of the day. The petitioner is not happy with the compliance order dated 12.12.2023, if it is so he is at liberty to assail the order dated 12.12.2023 in accordance with law.

3. We have come across time and again, timely action

Patna High Court MJC No.1753 of 2022(4) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 has not taken to comply the order of this Court. If they have any administrative difficulty in complying the orders of this Court. They have every right to file application seeking extension of time before the time limit stipulated is lapsed.

4. Perusal of the dates and events it is evident that the concerned authority opened their eyes to comply the orders of this Court 25.10.2021 only as and when Contempt of Court notice was served on them.

5. Having regard to these factual aspect of the matter, it is clear case of contempt in not complying the orders of the Court within the time limit stipulated. However, having regard to the compliance of the order belatedly we propose to impose litigation cost @ Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand only) and it shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order with the above direction the present MJC contempt petition stands dropped.
